1. Service

MotionMyProperty provides a service that generates cinematic videos from existing photos on your Airbnb or Booking.com listing. After receiving your listing URL and payment, we deliver a video within 24 hours.

2. Pricing and payment

The price per video is €29 including VAT. Payment is made upfront via Stripe (credit card or iDEAL). After successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email.

3. Money-back guarantee

We offer a 100% money-back guarantee. Not satisfied with the result? Contact us by email and we will refund the full amount within 14 days, no questions asked.

4. Delivery

Videos are delivered within 24 hours of payment via a download link sent by email. In exceptional cases, delivery may take longer; you will be notified by email.

5. Intellectual property

The generated video is your property after payment. You may freely use the video for your listing, social media, and other promotional purposes. The source materials (photos) remain the property of the original owner.

6. Use of photos

By using our service, you confirm that you are authorized to use the photos in your listing for video production. MotionMyProperty is not responsible for copyright infringement by third parties.

7. Liability

MotionMyProperty accepts no liability for indirect damage, consequential damage, or lost profits. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service.
